昨日记者以消费者的身份致电淘宝网客服，工作人员表示，"柠檬绿茶"因侵犯知识产权遭到厂家投诉，现已受到淘宝处罚，网店被暂时屏蔽，一般几个工作日后会恢复。昨日"柠檬绿茶"已经恢复营业。

投诉厂家：手握上千家网店卖假货证据

广州芳奈尔服饰有限公司负责人杨勇华表示，"柠檬绿茶"只是他投诉的一千多家销售该厂假货的网店之一。他已经向淘宝网发去投诉函，要求淘宝网对销售该公司假冒伪劣产品的店铺进行处罚。杨勇华还在自己的QQ空间内公布了一个"淘宝售假店铺公证书"示例。里面包含有"假冒产品页面公证""在线购买页面公证""确认支付页面公证""快递单确认公证""快递到货公证""假货认定"等。

对此，淘宝网已经成立专门工作小组来处理该厂家的投诉问题，对投诉内容中，部分被证实售假的店铺也已经做出了处罚。

淘宝：希望能公开所有的"售假公证书"

淘宝网作为一个销售平台，难以对店铺的商品进行真假鉴定。即便淘宝有心对假货进行核查，也难以做到。淘宝很欢迎像杨勇华这样的厂家，自己去搜集证据，并向淘宝举报、告知其商品真假鉴定标准。这样对店铺的售假行为，淘宝网才有证可查，并对其直接追踪，而对买到假货的买家，淘宝网也可以帮助其索要赔偿。淘宝网会根据其在线销售量及成交售价量来确定其情节轻重程度，做出对应的处罚。情节严重者会直接永久封店。
